COHERENCE

Level 1: Aligned Creator Field Guide

Remember What Comes Alive In You

"Your life is always revealing what is coherent with who you are."

Over the next week, your only job is to become more honest.

Notice what expands you.

Notice what contracts you.

Notice what energizes you.

Notice what drains you.

Notice where life feels effortless.

Notice where you're forcing yourself.

Coherence begins by paying attention.

PART ONE

What Lights You Up?

Begin with what is alive.

Don't overthink these.

Answer intuitively. And trust your first response.

Energy

What makes you completely forget about time?

What could you spend hours doing without needing motivation?

What conversations do you never get tired of having?

What subjects pull your attention naturally?

When do you feel most like yourself?

Curiosity

What do you constantly find yourself researching?

What rabbit holes do you happily disappear into?

What questions keep following you through life?

If you had six months with no obligations, what would you become obsessed with learning?

Vitality

When do you feel your spirit expand?

What experiences leave you feeling more alive than when you arrived?

Where do you feel deeply present?

What environments make you breathe differently?

Who helps you remember who you are?

Creativity

What ideas won't leave you alone?

What do you feel called to create?

What do you wish existed that currently doesn't?

What kind of work feels like play?

What would you make even if nobody saw it?

Childhood

Before anyone told you who to become...

Who were you?

What did you love?

What games did you invent?

What fascinated you?

What disappeared as you got older?

Imagination

If fear disappeared for one year...

What would you begin?

Who would you become?

Where would you go?

What would your average Tuesday feel like?

PART TWO

What Turns You Off?

Coherence is also revealed by resistance.

This is about noticing where your energy leaks.

Quiet Dissatisfactions

What dull dissatisfaction have you quietly accepted?

What have you normalized that no longer feels true?

What do you repeatedly complain about but continue choosing?

If someone observed your life for one month, what would they conclude you actually value?

What truth about your current life feels uncomfortable to admit?

Energy Leaks

What consistently drains your energy?

What obligations leave you feeling smaller afterward?

Where are you pretending something is "fine"?

What do you continue saying yes to that your body already says no to?

Incoherence

Where are you performing instead of expressing?

Where are you trying to impress instead of connect?

Where do you feel yourself forcing life?

What part of your life feels borrowed rather than chosen?

Identity Protection

What identity feels safest to keep?

What identity are you beginning to outgrow?

What are you protecting?

What has that protection cost you?

PART THREE

Explore Your Ikigai

You don’t need to solve your life this week…

Simply collect clues.

Every answer is a piece of the puzzle.

1. What do you love?

What activities make you feel most alive?

What could you never get tired of talking about?

What naturally pulls your attention?

2. What are you naturally good at?

What comes easily to you?

What do people consistently thank you for?

When do people ask for your advice?

What strengths have become invisible because they feel normal to you?

3. What do people genuinely want?

What problems do people repeatedly ask you to help solve?

What transformation do people want?

What conversations seem to create relief, clarity, or inspiration?

What do people leave with after spending time with you?

4. What could people gladly exchange value for?

What could you teach?

What could you create?

What could you document?

What could you build?

What could you facilitate?

What could you simplify?

What could you help people experience?

Remember:

The internet has expanded what is possible.

Don't limit yourself to conventional paths...

Think outside of the box.

Allow yourself to discover what is novel and authentic.

PART FOUR

Your Daily Practice

This week is not about completely changing your life… not yet.

It is about seeing your life clearly.

Morning (10–15 minutes)

Sit quietly.

Breathe.

Set your intention:

"Today I choose coherence over habit."

Ask:

What would make today feel alive?

Write one sentence.

Throughout the Day

Practice Noticing.

Whenever you remember, simply ask:

Why am I doing this?

Did I choose this?

Or did I inherit it?

Am I acting from inspiration...

or obligation?

No judgment.

Just awareness.

Evening Reflection

Briefly review your day.

Morning

Afternoon

Evening

For each, simply note:

What energized me?

What drained me?

Where did I feel present?

Where was I unconscious?

What surprised me?

What pattern repeated itself?

Keep it simple.

You're collecting data.

PART FIVE

Quests for Coherence

The following are invitations…

Feel free to try them, or come up with your own.

These aren’t meant to be tests or chores- but rather adventures into depth, meaning and truth.

Quest 01

Curiosity Quest

Follow one curiosity for one uninterrupted hour.

No agenda.

See where it leads.

Quest 02

Novelty Quest

Do one thing this week you've never done before.

Something small is enough.

Take a different road.

Eat somewhere new.

Start a conversation.

Visit a place you've never explored.

Quest 03

Wonder Walk

Leave your phone behind.

Walk for 30–60 minutes.

No destination.

Notice what captures your attention.

Quest 04

Honest Conversation

Tell one person something you've been meaning to say.

Kindly.

Honestly.

Without performing.

Quest 05

Presence Meal

Eat one meal in complete silence.

No phone.

No podcast.

No reading.

Just taste.

Notice.

Be there.

Quest 06

Energy Audit

At the end of each day, list:

Three things that gave you energy.

Three things that took energy away.

Repeat for seven days.

Watch the patterns emerge.

Quest 07

Permission Slip

Do one thing this week simply because it delights you.

Not because it's productive.

Not because it's useful.

Just because it feels true.

Closing Reflection

By next week, don't worry about having answers.

Instead, arrive with better questions.

Coherence isn't found by forcing clarity.

It emerges when you become honest enough to notice what has always been true.
